In 2021, after two years with the company, I took over as Head of GLP Quality Assurance at BioGenius. I am very grateful for this trust!
This is exactly what makes BioGenius a strong and modern company for me: the strengths of our employees are specifically promoted and the contribution of each individual to the "big picture" and thus to the success of the company is valued.
Every employee is encouraged to shape their day-to-day work, which results in a very flexible working environment - a strong sign of trust in the employees, and not just in their professional skills! The promotion of team cohesion and thus a very open cooperation across all hierarchical levels is not neglected. It's an exciting development that I've been able to experience since I joined BioGenius and can now play an active role in shaping!
